You are right, and there is no JAFT show that the tracks match identically. I don’t have this disc, so I’ll have to do some digging into it.

Tracks 9-16 do not match up with the setlist for the date 4/28/89. The songs Moutain Song, Ain’t No Right and Chip Away are not listed on the setlist for that show.

I saw on the Rotten Tomatoes website (http://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/janes_addiction_gift/) that there was plan to release on DVD Jan 2011. I have looked everywhere trying to find on DVD the best I found was VHS copies for sale on Amazon. Was it ever released on DVD? If so, any ideas as to where it could be purchased?

Not in my opinion. Neither show recording is rare, and there really isn’t anything particularly special about that boot.

I really think the quality grade of poor is unfair on this disc, even with the crowd noise I find this recording to be easily enjoyable. I find myself listening to this bootleg more often then some that are listed as good sound quality. A very good concert in my opinion.
