Remember when we told you that the band was taping their performance at The Bardot? Well, they were kind enough to pass this along to us to share with all of you. Official HD live footage of Jane’s Addiction performing Ain’t No Right, live at their Cinco de Mayo show at The Bardot in Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA. Check it out:
This video was directed by Todd Newman, who is a part of Dave Navarro’s Dark Matter Radio.
The two limited edition posters created by the Colby Poster Printing Company for the semi-secret Jane’s Addiction Cinco de Mayo show at The Bardot in Hollywood can now be bought online. These posters were printed in limited quantities and given to the band to give away. A handful of people who were at the front of the line, after waiting out front all day, at The Bardot were given a copy of the all-yellow poster, while a very limited number of people were given the gradient version. Both posters are printed on heavy card stock. You can order those posters from Dance Right at the following links:

This is part 4 in a 4 part article series about our trip out to L.A. to see Jane’s Addiction.
Mike and I now have an hour to get from the fourth floor basement of the Los Angeles Public Library in Downtown L.A. back to Hollywood and find the Guitar Center on Sunset. We return our research sources with a bit of a heavy heart, knowing that there was some golden info about classic Jane’s shows to be found, yet without hesitation as we were about to see Jane’s Addiction perform again for the second time in less than 24 hours. We had no idea what they were doing at Guitar Center, but it didn’t matter. They wanted us there, and we wanted to be there. Continue reading

Thursday morning, my internal alarm clock woke me up around 7am PDT. So I proceeded to go through the pictures I took at The Bardot. I knew there were a ton of them; I just didn’t know how many turned out. Well in the end, I had well over 300 new pictures on the camera. Unfortunately, around two-thirds to three-quarters were unusable. Of course that left well over 80 that were okay, and after I took out some redundant images and personal shots, I had 75 to upload to JanesAddiction.org.
According to the Consequence of Sound, Wednesday’s surprise Jane’s Addiction show will be taking place at the Bardot in Hollywood. The 21+ ages show is free, but will be limited in attendance to the first 100 fans in line. Perry Farrell confirmed this via Twitter and Facebook early this morning. This will be a short, 5 song set by the band, and the live debut of Duff McKagan as a member of Jane’s Addiction.
The Bardot is located at 1737 Vine St. in Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA. Doors open at 10pm PDT.
