The April 13th Monterrey, Mexico and April 15th Mexico City, Mexico shows have been canceled according to the band’s official site.
Due to logistical issues with the theatrical production for the Theatre of the Escapist Tour, Jane’s Addiction will regrettably have to cancel their trip to Mexico for their upcoming shows in Mexico City and Monterrey. JA would like to apologize to the fans for any inconvenience and promise to return to Mexico at a later date when they can bring the full production. Tickets can be refunded at the point of purchase.
Jane’s Addiction canceled their appearance at the “Not So Silent Night” in Oakland at the last minute due to Steve Perkins’ father’s illness. Green Day stepped up to replace them. This obviously put tonight’s show in Universal City into question. However according to this post on twitter by Dave Navarro, the band is still planning on performing:

Perry Farrell announced earlier today via twitter that Jane’s Addiction have been forced to cancel their Holiday Havoc Las Vegas show due to a family emergency.
So Sorry Las Vegas. Jane’s has cancelled 12/7 due to a family emergency.
Update (12/8): Word is that Steve Perkins’ father is battling cancer. From everyone at JanesAddiction.org, we wish Steve’s family our best. Your fans understand that family comes first.
The show scheduled for December 30th at the Neal S Blaisdell Arena in Honolulu has been canceled.
Due to swelling in Perry Farrell’s vocal chords, Jane’s Addiction were forced to cancel their performances at last night’s Reading Festival and tonight’s Leeds Festival. The band were scheduled to headline the NME / BBC Radio 1 stage. No decision has been made on Tuesday’s show at KOKO. Here is hoping for a speedy recovery for Perry.

This morning in London his doctor determined that Perry Farrell’s vocal condition remains unchanged from last night. Again Jane’s Addiction wishes to convey their sincere apologies to the fans who had been looking forward to their scheduled performances at Reading and Leeds.
Trent Reznor confirmed that the June 3rd NIN/JA show at Darien Lake Amphitheatre in Darien Lake, NY has been cancelled and replaced with a show on the same date at the Comcast Amphitheatre in Mansfield, MA. It has been confirmed Sounds like it is a safe bet that the Austin, TX show on May 12th is indeed a NIN/JA date.
