MUSICIANS DAVE NAVARRO AND DJ SKRIBBLE TO PERFORM AT 14th ANNUAL BET TZEDEK JUSTICE BALL
Summer Fundraiser to Feature Rock and DJ Legends Jamming in the Name of Social Justice
LOS ANGELES — Performers Dave Navarro and DJ Skribble are slated to headline The Justice Ball XIV on Saturday, June 26, at the Hollywood Palladium. The annual event, a fundraiser for Bet Tzedek Legal Services, the respected non-profit poverty law firm, melds top-notch music and entertainment with 2,500-3,000 young professionals at what has grown over its decade-plus history into arguably one of Los Angeles's most eagerly anticipated summer social events.
This year, the Hollywood Palladium will be transformed into an all-access, rock-inspired party that will feature such attractions as a temporary tattoo parlor, speed dating hosted by JDate.com, a full bar, go-go dancers, and a silent auction. Mitchell Kamin, president and CEO of Bet Tzedek said: "The Justice Ball has always been a popular event for young professionals to come out and have a great time while supporting the work we do at Bet Tzedek. With Navarro and Skribble on the marquee, we again expect The Justice Ball to be one of the best parties of the summer."
Musicians Navarro (who gained notoriety as guitarist for the bands Jane's Addiction, Nine Inch Nails and Red Hot Chili Peppers, to name a few) and Skribble (the renowned MTV DJ) will perform a live mash-up blend of guitar and hip-hop beats. Since its inception in 1997, The Justice Ball has supported the causes of social justice and legal aid for the neediest members of society by bringing young professionals together for an evening of music, dance and networking.
General admission tickets for The Justice Ball are $75, and VIP tickets, which feature special seating, a swag bag, and an open martini bar, are $150.
