Jane's opened for Gene Loves Jezebel. Also on the bill were The Clay Idols.
There were two shows this evening, one at 8pm, the other at 11pm.
The lineup included Perry Farrell, Eric Avery, Matt Chaikin and Chris Brinkman.
Chris wore only his underwear during this show and according to Eric, Perry tried to remove it several times.
In December of 2006 Eric Avery wrote the following about this show on his blog.
roxy theatre. my friend chris played guitar for us at that point (the guy i wrote the polarbear song "flyer" about). he is dead now. he played that show in a pair of tighty-whiteys that perry was trying to pull down throughout the set. opened for gene loves jezebel. was that '85? fuck. im old.
