This was a benefit show to help raise money for Russell Jessum, Jack Marquette, and Jim Van Tyne. The money raised was used to help pay the costs arrising from the lawsuits over the "Anti-Club" name.

Note: while the flyer and postcard list the venue as the "Parkplace Hotel", the correct name is actually the Park Plaza Hotel.
