Psi Com played the roof of the Big Weenie hot dog stand on Wilcox & Hollywood Blvd. Minutement were also supposed to play, but the cops broke the show up citing a permit violation.
This show was mentioned by Mike Watt on pg. 15 of the book Whores
Mike Watt: Psi Com was on the scene probably at the end days of the Minutemen, around '85, playing the same circuit, Lingerie, Al's Bar, Anti-Club, Lhasa, and stuff. We played with them on top of a hot dog stand or something. It was like synthesizer music. It wasn't like Jane's Addiction.
This show is not to be confused with the "Oki Dogs" hot dog stand show, which took place in a parking lot and was Perry first show with Psi Com.
