Seeds / 2 Souls Alone is a vinyl single released under the project name “Rocket vs. Peretz” on September 25, 2005 by Grayhound Recordings. It features a remix of Perry Farrell’s Seeds known as the 2 Souls Alone Remix produced and mixed by Peretz (Perry Farrell’s DJ alias) and Rocket.

A promotional version of this single was released back in 2002, under the project name “Perry Farrell vs. Rocket” as a promo single for the song Seeds, however it was shelved due to conflicts with Perry’s old record label Virgin Records. These conflicts were circumvented and the remix was released under the project name “Rocket vs. Peretz” and the song retitled 2 Souls Alone.

Alternate Versions:

The “Rocket vs. Peretz” single includes the 2 Souls Alone remix, listed as 2 Souls Alone (Rocket’s 2000 Lost Seeds Remix), and another remix 2 Souls Alone (Patrick Turner’s Artificial Insemination Dub). This 12″ vinyl plays at 45RPM.

Side A of this promo includes a remix of Seeds called 2 Souls Alone that was produced and mixed by Peretz and Rocket. Side B is an interview Perry Farrell did with Garth & Jeno on Space FM radio in London, England conducted in 2001. Side A of the record plays at 45RPM where side B plays at 33 1/3 RPM.
