Irresistible Force (Met The Immovable Object), or simply Irresistible Force is a track from the Jane’s Addiction album The Great Escape Artist.  It was first performed live on July 25, 2011 at Terminal 5 in New York City, and made it’s radio debut on KROQ’s Kevin & Bean show on August 2, 2011.  The digital single was released on August 3, 2011.
