Tibetan Freedom Concert

Tibetan Freedom Concert is a compilation of live performances from the 1996 and 1997 Tibetan Freedom Concerts. Released by Grand Royal Records on November 4, 1997, Porno For Pyros’s performance of Meija from the the June 7, 1997 Tibetan Freedom Concert at Randall’s Island in New York, NY.  This live performance is exclusive to this release.  It is also worth noting that future Jane’s Addiction bassist Chris Chaney performed with Alanis Morissette during the 1997 Tibetan Freedom Concert, and can be heard on the track Wake Up on disc two.

Disc one has performances are from the June 7, 1997 concert in NYC.  Disc two has performances from the June 8, 1997 concert in NYC. Disc three contains performances June 14 and 15, 1996 concerts in San Francisco and CD-ROM content.
