Broken People is a track from the Jane’s Addiction album The Great Escape Artist.  It was written in 2010 during Duff McKagan’s brief stint with the band, and was the second new song debuted by the band.  While it was performed during the sound check for the May 5, 2010 show at The Bardot, it was officially premiered at the taping of the band’s appearance for Guitar Center Sessions at the the Guitar Center in Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA on May 6, 2010.
