Jane’s Addiction, back with the classic lineup we all know and love (that’s right, Dave’s back) debuted a new song, titled “Imminent Redemption”, last night at London’s Bush Hall. Check it out here:
“Lolla: The Story of Lollapalooza”, a three part documentary about the Lollapalooza Festival, which premiered at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival, will premiere on Paramount+ on May 21, 2024. The documentary tells the story of the festival, starting from Jane’s Addiction’s farewell tour in 1991, to the annual summer festival in Chicago it has evolved into. The documentary was done with the cooperation of Perry Farrell and festival organizers.
ne’s Addiction will be performing on the first night of the inaugural South Star Festival at John Hunt Park in Huntsville, AL on September 29.
Jane’s Addiction will be performing at the Evolution Festival, which takes place September 28 & 29 in St, Louis, MO at Forest Park. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, February 28.
Jane’s Addiction have been nominated for induction into Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as part of the 2024 class. This is the second time the band has been nominated, they were previously nominated as part of the 2017 class.
Fans can vote daily for the band at vote.rockhall.com up until April 26, 2024.
Jane’s Addiction have announced 9 European dates, outside of the two festival appearances already announced. The last time the band toured Europe was in 2016.
We’re unsure if Dave Navarro will be performing with the band this time around, but he is featured in the tour poster, which uses a “Nothing’s Shocking” era shot of the band. The new dates are as follows:

Jane’s Addiction will be headlining one of the nights of the Azkena Rock Festival, which takes place June 20-22, 2024 at Recinto Mendizabala in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain. The individual date lineup hasn’t been announced yet. This will be Jane’s first appearance in Spain since 2016.
Jane’s Addiction will be one of the headliners for the 2024 Bearded Theory festival in Derbyshire in the UK. The event takes place from May 23-26 at Catton Hall. Tickets are on sale now. No word on if Dave Navarro will be performing with the band.
Due to logistical issues with event insurance and other local regulations, a handful of dates on the “The World Is a Vampire” tour in Australia were changed. I’ve updated the tour date records accordingly. An updated tour ad from One World Entertainment is below:
Jane’s Addiction will be taking part in “The World Is A Vampire” festival/tour with Smashing Pumpkins in Australia this April. This will be the guys’ first time back to Australia since 2011, and first Australian tour since 2010. Tickets can be purchased online at oneworldentertainment.com.au
