Dave just posted the following on his twitter feed:
Be sure to sign up at JA.com_ Especially if you are in Texas on the 19th_Watch the site over the weekend for details http://bit.ly/nzUBC
Sounds like there is a possibility of another show before the NIN/JA tour kicks off. Perry was already scheduled to be in Austin next weekend for a performance on March 21st at Pangaea for the SXSW festival. Lots of people have wondered if that performance could turn into a Jane’s gig.
Trent Reznor confirmed that the June 3rd NIN/JA show at Darien Lake Amphitheatre in Darien Lake, NY has been cancelled and replaced with a show on the same date at the Comcast Amphitheatre in Mansfield, MA. It has been confirmed Sounds like it is a safe bet that the Austin, TX show on May 12th is indeed a NIN/JA date.
(edit – shows were indeed confirmed as NIN/JA shows)
Trent announced the launch of the NINJA2009.com website next Friday, March 20th on his twitter feed. No word on what is going to be there, but Trent is always good with providing online content to his fans. He also announced new NIN shows in Austin on 5/12 and Mansfield, MA on 6/3. No word on if those are NINJA shows or not. NIN and Jane’s have a previously announced date on 6/3. As soon as I have something concrete, I’ll be sure to post it.

Something in the anti-spam system fucked up and caused emails to not go out. That’s been fixed, but that leaves a handful of accounts in limbo. Sorry about that.
Pre-sale tickets for the May 27th NIN/JA show at the Starlight Theater in Kansas City, MO go on sale today at Noon CDT. To have access to pre-sale tickets, you need to be registered over at JanesAddiction.com. Pre-sale tickets for NIN.com members are already sold out. Pre-sale limits ticket sales at two per person, and will be available to pick up in person (with valid ID) at the venue box office on the day of the concert. Regular tickets go on sale this Friday at 10am CDT. NIN.com lists central standard time, but I’m sure that is an error.
Those of you in Europe hoping to see the fully reunited Jane’s Addiction are in luck. Jane’s is one of the numerous acts listed as taking part in both of this year’s T In The Park and Oxygen festivals. Both shows run from July 10-12th. T in The Park takes place in Balado, Kinross-Shire, Scotland, and Oxygen is at the Punchestown Racecourse, Co. Kildare, Ireland. Tickets for both are on sale now, so get them while you can. Neither show has listed exactly which date Jane’s Addiction is performing.
A Billboard article from last friday states that their sources have confirmed that Jane’s Addiction, Beastie Boys, Depeche Mode and Kings of Leon will be the headliners of Lollapalooza ’09, taking place August 7-9th at Grant Park in Chicago, IL. Lollapalooza organizers have not yet announced anyone performing at this year’s show.
Subscribers to the Lollapalooza newsletter recieved notice that presale tickets for this year’s show will go on sale soon for $60. That price is for the entire weekend, quite a deal if you are willing to buy tickets before any performers are announced.
It has been confirmed over at NIN.com that Tom Morello & Boots Riley’s new project Street Sweeper is the opener for the NIN/JA tour this spring. You can check out Streetsweeper at StreetSweeperMusic.com.
This is in addition to the already confirmed appearance at the Sasquatch Music Festival on 5/24.
Some other places online are reporting different and additional dates, however the above are the only confirmed dates. Additional tour information and dates are expected to be announced soon, so stay tuned.
