Jane’s Addiction will make their live debut with Duff McKagan on bass on May 5, 2010. We do not have location information yet, but we will share it as soon as we know.

Moshcam has posted a full video of the Jane’s Addiction concert at the Enmore Theatre, Sydney, Australia from this past February. This concert was part of the final leg of the band’s tour with original bassist Eric Avery with the band.

Last night at Perry Farrell’s fifty-first Birthday celebration a re-tooled Jane’s Addiction took the stage with bassist Duff McKagan. The show at Les Deux marks the first public performance by the band since Duff entered the fray.
I’m uncertain of the set or set time but the band definitely played a cover of Led Zeppelin’s Whole Lotta Love. Dave Navarro wanting the proper tone I presume, can be seen playing a Les Paul in the following photos.

Perry Farrell noted on his Twitter and Facebook pages that the official lineup for the 2010 Lollapalooza concert will be revealed on April 6th.
Removing any last hopes and doubts about his future with Jane’s Addiction, Eric Avery posted the following on his facebook and twitter accounts minutes ago:
thats it. with equal parts regret and relief, the janes addiction experiment is at an end.
Yes, this site is still around. I finally got around to adding the rest of the 2009 tour dates as well as the upcoming Halloween and 2010 Australian dates to the site. Meanwhile, Mike has been working like crazy adding a ton of great info (including some newly uncovered dates) to the tour archive. So check that out. Discography updates are in the works, so stay tuned…
Jane’s Addiction has added another date to their spring 2009 tour. They will be playing the nTelos Wireless Pavillion in Portsmouth, VA on June 13. This is not a NIN/JA date, as NIN will be playing the Bonnaroo Festival in Tennessee that same day. Tickets go on sale next Friday, April 23rd at 10am.
The NINJA 2009 tour is heading to England. Jane’s Addiction and Nine Inch Nails will play the M.E.N. Arena in Manchester, England on July 14th and the O2 Arena in London, England on July 15th. Presale for both shows is this Tuesday, April 14th at 5pm local time at NIN.com. Jane’s website has yet to post any presale info for these shows. Regular tickets go on sale this Friday, April 17th.
